We'll keep your data safe, won't sell it to any third parties and won't keep anything longer than necessary.
The delivery charge is calculated at checkout, we use Royal Mail, any orders over £40 will be delivered free of charge.
If you live locally you may collect in person at no extra charge, simply choose click & collect at checkout.
PLEASE NOTE WE ARE CLOSED ON MONDAYS AT PRESENT FOR CLICK & COLLECT. ORDERS PLACED FRIDAY - MONDAY WILL BE AVAILABLE ON TUESDAYS.
Providing your item(s) are in stock:
Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday we aim to dispatch the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
During peak periods such as Christmas please allow up to 5 - 7 working days, Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays are classed as non-working days.
At present Memorable Moments only sends goods within the UK mainland.
All goods are sent on a "signed for" service.
RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY
We hope that you’re totally happy with your order. However, if you’ve changed your mind at all you can return the items for a full refund of the cost of the product or an exchange within 14 days. Please contact email@example.com to let us know to expect your return.
The item(s) must be unused, in the original packaging and wrapped up carefully, so that it arrives back with us safe and sound. Please also include your order number and name to help us track down your order details quickly. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include earrings and plush toys for hygiene.
The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return postage unless goods are faulty. Please choose a tracked or signed for service as we cannot be held responsible for any returns that go missing in the post. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Sale items. Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are considered a final sale and are not eligible to be refunded unless faulty.
If you have chosen to click & collect please return the item(s) in their original packaging.
Returns and exchanges can take up to 4 working days to process. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds are processed to the same payment method you originally paid with e.g the card that you paid with or your PayPal account. Refunds can typically take up to 3-5 working days to reach your account. If you haven’t received a refund after 3-5 days after notification, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please contact email@example.com and we’ll put it right. If we’re not able to offer a replacement, then we’ll offer a refund or exchange. We will ask to see a photo of the faulty item. Photos are useful not only for checking out the fault or the damage, but also for passing across to the manufacturer. We will also reimburse the cost of postage.
We use Square payment gateway to process your card or Paypal. Our payment company uses secure server transactions. Our payment company also encrypts stored transaction information, ensuring that it's not tampered with. Our payment company captures your credit card information and will always ensure that this information is processed within strict levels of security. We do not see any credit/debit card information at any time. Credit/debit card information is not kept on file by us or our credit card payment company.
